Typically live public online sessions are conducted at least once a quarter, based upon demand.
There is no refund for missed sessions. Upon prior request we may be able to record a make-up session for emergencies. Recorded sessions are typically available on-demand within 48 hours after registration, when available or when a make-up session is requested prior to the live session. .

To best serve the needs of the participants, we do our best to adapt to those in the live sessions. The topics included and the time to complete each topic may vary based on the participants' prerequisite knowledge, needs, questions and learning styles.
Unless otherwise stated, we do our best to mix personal and commercial lines examples in each session. However, based on the class, different examples may be used. If you are interested in a personal lines only or commercial lines only session, please contact us for customized training.
