Typically live public online sessions are conducted based upon demand. If you would like a LIVE online class, please contact us to be added to the waiting list.
There is no refund for missed sessions. Upon prior request we may be able to record a make-up session for emergencies. Recorded sessions are typically available on-demand within 48 hours after registration, when available, or when a make-up session is requested prior to the live session.

Unless otherwise stated, we do our best to mix personal and commercial lines examples in each session. However, based on the class, different examples may be used. If you are interested in a personal lines only or commercial lines only session, please contact us for customized training.
