Typically live public online sessions are conduced at least once a quarter, based upon demand.
There is no refund for missed sessions. Upon prior request we may be able to record a make-up session for emergencies. Recorded sessions are typically available on-demand within 48 hours after registration, when available or when a make-up session is requested prior to the live session. .
