Overview

Overview:

The goal of this quiz is to help identify areas where you may want help to use InStar to do your job more efficiently and effectively. So, for best results, please do not have InStar open when taking the quiz. If you don't know something off the top of your head, then we want to include it in our sessions to arm you with as many tips, tricks and best practices as possible.

At the end of each quiz you will receive a certificate showing your automated score for each section. For agencies that select a training or consulting product in addition to the quiz, we will then review the Bonus & Comments sections and provide a revised score based on your answers to the Bonus questions and comments.

Bonus & Comments:

After each question is a Bonus & Comments section.

Bonus: If there is a question in this section, please answer it for extra points. Example: "If..., please explain." question is asking you to briefly explain how you would do what the question is asking about. Brief comments, a phase or 1-2 sentences is fine. We do not care about grammar or spelling.

If the question is "If Other, please explain." you only need to explain if your answer to the question was "Other." There are questions where "Other" is the correct response.

Comments: This is also a section where you can make comments about the question topic. These may include areas where you are having issues in your agency, something you'd like to learn in our training, special circumstances with carriers or lines of business that may require that you handle things slightly differently, if you don't understand the question, etc.
