Trouble Connecting Online
We have invested in one of the finest online learning platforms available today, because they provide the best experience for you with only a vary rare connection issue. If you have never connected to one of our sessions before, please test your connection when you register or at least 10 minutes prior to the connection. (There is a download that takes 1-3 minutes depending upon your connection speed.) If you have any technical difficulties connecting to our online sessions, please contact us. If our representatives are all in session, please contact Citrix GoToTraining Technical Support at 800 263 6317.
Then, please speak to us immediately after the session to let us know about the problem, so that we may resolve it for you for future sessions.
Agenda
Topics and Agenda: We publish our estimated topics and agenda for our public classes and we agree to objectives for customized training. We do our best to cover the topics outlined. However, we also adapt the speed and content of the class to the participants, where ever possible. Some classes may move more quickly, or slowly, based upon participants prior experience, pre-requisite knowledge, preparation, needs, questions and learning styles. Therefore, topics covered may vary from those published here.
Questions: We provide time in our agendas for Q&A in each live session and try our best to answer all questions asked during a session. Some questions will be out of scope for the session (digress from the topic at hand), require prerequisite knowledge and/or require additional time and sessions to answer properly. In these cases, we will provide you with the options available to get your question answerer, so that you can select the method that best meets your needs.
Department Focus: Unless specifically designated as a session for personal, commercial or Life/Health/Benefits, we will mix examples between personal lines and commercial lines. If you are interested in a personal lines only or commercial lines only or life, health and benefits only sessions, please contact us for customized training.
On-demand, materials and workflows: Recorded sessions, on-demand sessions,workflows, materials, tools and/or other documentation are not included in the registration fees for live public or custom sessions, unless they are specifically stated as an included product in the registration or statement of work. Often these are available as separate or upgrade products.
When recordes sessions are specifically stated as includes (or an alternative to the live sessions), they will be posted within 48 hours of the live session. Recorded sessions are available for viewing by the registered person(s) only fo a period ofr up to 2 weeks, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Other than Onsite engagements (see Onsite Engagements > Cancellations), all cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date in order to receive a full refund, less any incurred expenses. Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the scheduled time receive a 50% refund. All other cancellations and/or missed sessions (within 7 days of the scheduled time) are non-refundable, and do not qualify for the satisfaction guarantee.

In case of emergency, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make the best and most appropriate arrangements possible according to the circumstances..

Other Expenses
In order to provide you with the best services as the most reasonable cost, we provide Voice Over IP access to our online sessions for free. Should you choose to connect to the audio portion via our conference call alternative, any long distance and phone charges are the registrant's responsibility. If you are not able to use VOIP, and you do not have a "reasonable" phone plan, please contact us to learn about ways you can connect for pennies/min.
Any other expenses such as toll & phone charges, internet charges, postage, shipping, media, software, hosting, and/or any and all other expenses incurred exclusively for the purpose of completing the engagement, product and/or service will be disclosed and estimated to in advance. Expenses and are billed in addition to registration, engagement and/or product fees.
Payment
All registration fees are due upon registration, purchase or engagement request. Appointments will not be confirmed until payment is received. Expenses are estimated and pre-paid, with adjustments from estimate to actual due and payable no later than the time of delivery.

Scheduling: Public Classes
Once the minimum number of participants have registered for a public class, we will contact the registrants and schedule the live online classes at times most convenient for the attendees.
Occasionally we may schedule a class without the full minimum participants. Should the number of registrations fall below the minimum required to run the class, paid registrants will be given options of waiting for the next scheduled class, taking an equivalent on-demand class (if available) and/or receiving customized training of equivalent value to the registration amount paid (80% off standard retail rates.)
Session Times
Each session is 1.5 - 2 hours long.
A "day" is comprised of 4 sessions for a total of 7 hours of training, For best results, highest retention and convenience of participants,, sessions are typically conducted in either 1/2 day or 1.5 - 2 hours sessions.
Subscriptions
All materials provided are copyrighted by RacePoint Consulting LLC dba PeopleInsure, All rights reserved. They are proprietary and are licensed for use only by subscribed users for use exclusively within the scope of their duties as an employee of the subscribed insurance organization during the term of the subscription. All materials are copywrited and proprietary and may not be recorded, copied or duplicated, nor may they be shared in any manner in part or in whole with anyone other than a subscribed user within their subscribed organization.

Because of the unique nature of on-site engagements, if you are not satisfied, please let the consultant or our offices know immediately so that we may work with you to take immediate corrective action. This will enable us to make we utilize your time in according to your wishes. If we are unable to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, please let us know before we leave your offices that day and we will provide a full refund for the daily fees, less incurred expenses.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at 877-772-4677, x2 21 days prior to class to receive a full refund of fees, less any and all incurred expenses, just as travel expenses and venalities. Cancellations received 21-7 days prior to scheduled dates are subject to a 50% penalty on fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session and missed sessions are non-refundable.
Deposits
Payment for onsite engagements and estimated travel arrangements are due upon requesting the engagement in order to secure the requested dates, times and travel arrangements. Delays may result in higher travel expenses and/or dates becoming unavailable.
Travel Expenses
Travel expenses include any and all expenses incurred by PeopleInsure and/or the consultant in or to and in relation with completing the engagement, including but not limited to: transportation (airfare, airline fees/charges, car rental and fuel, mileage, taxi, shuttle, parking, etc. and related charges), hotel or lodging, per diem ($50/day for meals, $75/day in major metropolitan areas), phone and communications,and other related charges incurred directly due to the engagement. From time to time, transportation cancellations and delays, or other unforeseen situations, will require additional expenses. Expenses are due no later than on the last day of the engagement.
